How we're working during Level 2.
There are online classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am. All online classes are 40 minutes long.
The classes are run through Zoom - you will need to download the Zoom app to join the class (download for free https://zoom.us/)
There are now studio face to face classes every weekday at 9am and Tuesday and Thursday 6pm. All studio classes are 1 hour long.
The concession is $98 for either 6 studio classes or 12 online classes or a mixture of both.
If you would like to purchase a concession, please email Emma on email@example.com.
Once you have purchased your concession/class and booked in online through Ezybook, you will be sent a unique code prior to the class that day for the online class. Go to Zoom, join and meeting and enter the code. This will take you to the class. Please don’t be late, I always start on time!!! If for some reason you miss the class, I can send you a recording that lasts 24 hours only.
Online Class Timetable
Monday 8am - Pilates with Bands
Tuesday 8am - Foam Rollers
Wednesday 8am - Can Can Class (bring two tins to use as weights i.e. baked beans/tin tomatoes)
Thursday 8am - Classic Pilates Mat Work
Friday 8am - Can Can Class (bring two tins!)
